This is the second time I have requested help. I need parts for the following windows. These windows were installed in 2011. The numbers as shown on the windows are as follows:

I am not sure if these means anything or not but I would really like to have a response back.

Thanks for posting. The closest match to this is our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. However, these old Simonton pivot shoes have a slightly different cam that may not be compatible with your pivot bar. We recommend that you save your old cam, since its undamaged. You can then swap it out with the cam that comes with the 15-192. Let us know what you think.
