Handy Person from Allentown
Hello,

I see the label on the windows as "Simonton Windows 2197733/09 35.5000 59.5000 PFSHWI F0355 31.5625 27.1875 Norandex, Inc./Allentown 6/05/98 24255".

I need the following parts now and later some other parts:
Pivot Shoe x 20
Coil Balance x 20
Tilt Latch (as seen in the picture) x 20

Best Regards

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style of the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. Compare the dimensions to your originals to confirm a good fit!

For the coil balances, we will need to see pictures of the original pivot shoe and coil springs. We will also need to know if the coil springs are a 1/2" or 3/8" thick. Please also review the springs for any number markings. If no markings are present, we will need to know the weight of the window sash. (The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale.) From there we can determine the best fit for your window. Thank you!

Basically, I need 3 parts for multiple windows. These are all the pictures and measurements.

Please do let me know what I need exactly for?

1. Latch?
2. Picot Shoe?
3. Coil Spring?

I need to buy 20 pieces for each item.

Best Regards

Your window uses the 15-111 pivot shoe. For the coil springs we will need to know the information requested above.

Is the last picture the coil spring? It does appear to be 1/2" which would be the Series 160 coil springs. Please also review the springs for any number markings. If no markings are present, we will need to know the weight of the window sash. (The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale.) From there we can determine the best fit for your window.
