Parts for Weld Jen Casement Window

Question

I am trying to replace some parts on a Jeld Wen Double Casement Window that was installed in 2012. Unfortunately, all of the identifying information has been taken off of the window and we do not have the original order records.  The right side of the casement window is fully operational whereas the left side has damaged or missing parts that need replacing. I'm hoping to find compatible parts with the window so we don't have to replace it. Thanks for the help!

I would recommend starting by reviewing the 36-048 and 36-049 hinge sets, depending on the length of the original hinge base that attaches to the window sill.

As for the operator hardware, take a look at the video below to choose between the two similar Encore operator pairs that we carry. The fitting at the ned of the long arm that rides in the sash track would be the determining factor. Once you've determined the correct replacements, you can find the compatible accessories under the related items section of our product pages. Thank you!
