I never changed this part, but one broke, forcing the window down, and made the removal of the Channel Balance very hard. So I believe it will make sense to have spare parts and change them when they start to brake.

Your top sash guides reminds me of the 18-042 Pan Am guides. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to determine if this is the correct replacement match.
