Parts for a 30-year old spring system (no pulley)

A home owner from Illinois says:
Hi,
I cannot identify the brand, model, or part number and now have a couple windows where one of the mechanisms is broken. The broken piece is the lower end fragmented plastic piece, which connected to the double-hung window.

The window is from a 1987 Kennedy Builders house here in Illinois. Some clues indicate it might be from the Hurd window company.

Do you have these parts? Many thanks.
Andy

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Unfortunately, we do not sell the hardware you need. You require new jamb liners, which we don't sell. Is this for a wood window? If so, I recommend contacting a local mill work.
