Hello,

It looks like you have a mixture of new and old Slimfold bi-fold door parts. For the pin with the nylon sleeve, as well as the other pin in your photos with the nylon cap, you would use our 21-007 to replace them. 

You will need three of these for your door and one of the 21-001 for the bottom adjusting pin. Thanks for posting.
