Parts for bottom of bifold steel door

Hi. In two of these pics the piece on the left seems to be worn out. We figure we might as well get both. The sticker from the door came off a different closet but exact same style door. Thanks

I think he said the spring won't come down any more on the left side piece. Sorry on one pic it shows on the top because pic is sideways.

For your Benchmark bi-fold door, you are showing the bottom adjusting pin, our 21-002. You will need a pair of pliers to loosen the nut and a screw driver to raise or lower the door in the track. After you make the adjustment, you will need to tighten the nut. The other three pins will be 21-044 spring loaded pins.
