Parts for broken double hung window

Question

Hi! I have a double hung window. The top section won't stay up if I unlock the window.

Model Information: H-LC35-46x77 Series: 9555 DH

Looks like two white plastic parts are broken. Do you have these parts for sale?

Looks like your pivot shoe is the only thing broken. See our 15-180 and let me know if that will solve your problem.
