Parts for casement operator

Purchased window from sears. About 10 years ago. There is a small plastic piece attached beneath the sash that the outer arm of the operator sits in. That piece is broken so the arm is not attaching to the sash. There is a pic included of the SN on the screen, I'm not sure if that's helpful. Thanks!!!
