Parts for crank operator

Question

Our Windows are 30+ years old. Crank operators from seem to be hard to move and handle seems to be slipping. Photos of a Crank operator is attached. Windows sash size vary (18" wide to 30" wide) but I am not sure if operators' size is same or not? What different sizes are available?

Hello,

I'd recommend starting by comparing the dimensions of our 39-031 and 39-032 Entrygrard operators to yours, paying close attention to the 4-7/16" length of the shorter link arm. If this dimension differs at all, let us know your measurement and we can go from there. Thank you!
