Thanks for your photo. I believe you may be searching for our 15-159 pivot shoe. Take a look and see if this is the part you need.

I just bought some of these shoes from your company..thank you for helping me figure out what part I needed.

One final question:

Which way does the shoe go into the track. The flat side or the beveled side.

Sure! You would want to install with the flat side facing the jamb liner and the extension towards the sash. In other words: flat side in, hump side out.
