Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you show us a clear shot of the top fitting? I'm afraid it's too obscured by the tape measure. Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Are there any stamps printed on the metal channel?
