A home owner from Summerville, SC says:
I need a new 12 ft track for the screen doors. Old one warped and cracked. I am also looking to replace locking mechanism for the door which is experiencing problems with lever.

Thanks for contacting us. For the internal mortise lock, see our 82-238. As for the track, I believe you can use our 80-106 as a replacement. It's not exactly the same as yours but I think you can still get it to work. See our video below for more information.

A contractor from Merced , CA says:
Hello Swisco,

Part number 80-106 appears to be for a sliding glass door . I need a screen door guide.
Approximately 1/2" high x 5/8" wide x 67" long.
It is for a New Castle XT insulate 960 XO.
Can you please get me a part number and where I can purchase from? The door was installed in 2019 (new construction) and the screen door guide has warped prematurely. See pictures below .

Thank you ,

Henry

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello, Henry. We only sell one type of screen door track, which is our 80-111. This is a very versatile track but it is still very different from your original, so I cannot guarantee that it will work for you.
