Parts for sliding glass door and screen

Question

I ordered replacement parts on August 31. The order number is 1107711. I am having problems with the installation. I am attaching some pictures to help me discuss this with someone at your company. I can telephone you when you have available time. In the first 2 pictures are the stainless steel rollers, both old and new, with a side by side view and a top down. The other 3 are pictures are for the handle opening for the screen. I know I ordered the wrong part as I cannot figure out how to install. Let me know if I can call you. Thanks,

Looking at the rollers side by side, they look like they should fit. I don't see any details that would prevent ours from working. Can you go into more detail on why exactly they won't install?

As for the screen door handle set, these were used by Carefree and I believe came out of Canada. Our 84-223 is for a newer door with a longer mortise latch; the longer style latch is no longer available. Review our 84-223 just in case you think you could get it to work.
