The window assist are broken, the lead keepers are busted out of holders that help lift window. One picture shows the lead keeper holding the rods which are connected to slide. Hoping you can help me out, thank you Don

It looks like you're referring to your pivot shoe. We'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window to compare to our inventory. We will also need to know the thickness and width of it.

Your hardware looks like the discontinued Carefree window pivot shoe. We carry the 15-134 with our 26-297 pivot bar as a substitute. Look these over and see what you think.
