Could you inform where I can buy the parts for the repair?

Also, if you have material about how to replace the parts, could you provide it for me?

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications listed on the 26-243 and 26-244 product pages to an undamaged tilt latch removed from one of your windows. See our replacement video below. Thanks for posting!
