Parts for vinyl window pivot pin

The part in your photo is a pivot bar, which we may be able to replace but we would need to see it completely removed from the sash to compare to our selection.

I'm not sure what you might be referring to when you say sparrow tool. Could you elaborate a bit more on what you need? Thank you!

I believe you can use our 26-403 pivot bar as a replacement and the charging tool need to charge and install spiral balances would be the75-006. Take a look and please let us know if you have any other questions. 

Take a look at our S795-22 channel balance with a 22B spring strength option. Your attachment appears to be on the smaller side, so you may also need our 1" wide 15-194 T-lock show to replace the 1-1/4" wide 15-194 that the balance comes with. 

Also, please keep in mind that our balances install with a screw tab, rather than a hook that some of these balances use for installation. If your balance uses a hook, you may be able to use our 26-200 screw plug to adapt your window to use our balances, depending on if the cut out in the jamb is square. Thank you.
