Parts for window

Question

Hi there! I have a non tilt window. It just slides up and down. The size is about 27" metal to metal without the plastic parts. Do you have these that comes all together including the thread, plastic and spring? If so can you tell me the parts # and how much? I will need 4 of them if possible. Thanks

Thanks for posting on our discussion board. Take a look at both our S385-27 and S380-27 channel balances. Both look very close to what you're showing us. These appear to look exactly the same, but the difference between these two lie within the depth of the bottom balance shoe. The depth measurement of the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385, it's 1-3/32". Measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like on the diagram below, to decide on which of the two is most compatible with yours. Since your stamping does not match any of our stamp options, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart on the store page to decide on the most appropriate option based on your sash weight.
