Parts for windows keep falling down

Question

My window does not stay up...keeps sliding down. I saw the broken parts and coils. I think I would need the sets of coil balance accessories. I found the letter saying "Duraseal" on the window seal but not sure if it is related to the parts. Could you be able to help me to identify the parts? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-180, which uses the Series 190 coil springs (sold separately). You'll have to check the tongue of the old springs to confirm the spring weights, as explained in the video below.

We also sell the 15-181 double support clip and 15-182 balance bushing, but you can reuse the old parts if they're in good shape.
