Parts for wood frame window

Hi, could someone tell me what parts I would need to get these wood frame windows working properly? As you can see when I open the window the strings are loose and will not wind up to hold it open. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you may need a new window balance. We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
