I know what parts to order for the one side of the channel, but what model number do I order for the other side?

I'm not sure what you mean. Both balances on either side of the same window should be identical. Can you go into more detail?

Keep in mind that the stamp you gave us, "2640," is not a part number. This just indicates the spring strength calibration.
