Parts from an unusual window

Question

window both slides and pulls open. Bottom set of straps and screws rusted out. Top still in perfect condition. I have the straps but need the rounded parts that they are attached to as well as the screws.  Window was a replacement window installed about 10 years ago. Company is no longer in business. No identifying marks on window.

Wow, this is bizarre. it looks like someone made a tilt window into a casement window. This is not a normal setup. I'm afraid we don't have any of the hardware I see in your photos. The company who installed this originally is probably the only place you could go, but if they're out of business I'm not sure what else you can do. I am sorry we cannot offer a solution for you.
