Casement parts help
Hello there. This looks like the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 Short-Arm Operator. I am afraid ROTO no longer makes the bracket arm that connects the operator short arm to the window sash, so you'll need to reuse your old one if possible. For a compatible handle, see the 39-224 sold separately.
For the casement lock, start by looking at the 38-138 or 38-139. One of these might be what you need, depending on the projection of the fork in the rear. See what you think.

Thanks for clarifying. I merged this request with your original post for these casement operators and locks. Unfortunately, we do not carry these side mounting tabs for Roto 39-091 and 39-092 operators. They may have been discontinued along with the link arm, as Bob explained previously. We apologize for the inconvenience.
