From better built window about 22 years old.

Need window balance

Tilt window latch ?

See photos Tried to send four photos .... 3X>>> every time it tells me that there is error with the upload.

Alternative solution ??

Take a look at our 26-351 tilt latch, this looks like it could be a good match. As for the balance, it could be either our Series 900 or Series 600 depending on the diameter of the outer tube.

OK kinda hard to measure the diameter, so do you >>>maybe have the circumference.

Agree the 26-352 latch looks like it will work. Will order both latch (2) and balance (3) when I can determined the exact measurements of the balance.

Circumference is diameter times pi, so 5/8" is a circumference of 1.96". 3/8" is 1.18". However, I'm skeptical that you'd be able to measure such a tiny circumference accurately enough to tell the difference that way, and I'm not sure why it would be easier to do that than to measure the diameter. To get the diameter, you can just hold a ruler up to the blunt end of the balance tube and measure how far it is across. If it's more than 3/8" at its thickest, even a little, it would be the Series 600 balance.
