Hi Susan, thank you for posting,
It appears your balance uses the Series 765 channel balance. I cannot confirm from the image, but this balance uses a screw tab at the top of the pulley cord to install. Please confirm yours installs the same.
Can you confirm the length of the metal channel and the number stamped on the metal?
Do you need a new pivot shoe as well? If so, we will need to see the original removed with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can compare to our selection to determine a proper fit. Thank you!

Yes, there is a screw at the top and the number on the metal is: 273 E15T CMC. At this point I do not need a pivot shoe.

And, for the balance, would the measurement be the total window height, just from the inside the frame, or something else?

I am looking to confirm the length of the metal channel balance itself. Based on the 27-3 stamp, it should measure 28 inches long. Let me know!
