Hi, I need both side window balance  and  Pivot Lock Shoes, but not sure the right size, (One  side missing and other side too old). Thank you for help to match the right parts!

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that your window uses tilt spiral balances. You could either have the Series with a 5/8" tube (may actually measure 9/16") or the Series 900 with a Series 3/8" diameter tube. Please compare to confirm the best match!

For the pivot shoe, we will need to see the original removed with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can compare to our selection to determine the best option. Thank you!
