Parts needed

My window is not staying open, I would like to replace the entire mechanism for both side, please take a look at the pics and advice parts needed to buy.

Thanks for your post. We are happy to help you with your project. I am afraid the photos you sent will not help us in our research. We would need to see the balance completely removed from the window. We'd also like for you to include any stampings/markings that may be located on the balance. Lastly, if you can include the metal length measurement of the balance as well as the width, that would be much appreciated.
