Parts needed.

Quick Learner

Hello

I am looking for these parts to replace an old window that will not stay open.

I'm told the window is non tilt and this long piece is a spring tube balis (spelling wrong).

I also need the silver brackets and screws.

I'm sending a picture of the actual window, the spring palace, and the brackets. I'll need the spring thing and the brackets.

Is this something you carry or I can order?

Thank you

Sheila

Thanks for contacting us. We can supply this balance, though it will have to be a special order due to its configuration. Before we begin, can you tell me the number stamped on the balance? Can you also tell us the length and diameter of the tube?

As for that metal bracket, could we see an undamaged version from another window? You don't  have to remove it, I just want a better idea of how it functions.

Thank you for the follow up.

I do not see any number stamped on the balance. It appears to be almost 32" in length.
It appear to be 1/2 inch in diameter.

The brackets are in the pic too. The one of the left is not broken but the right side of pic is broken.
I tried to see where the brackets are on another window but they are enclosed and cannot be seen.

Also I added a new pic of a white plastic piece used as a small handle to open the window. Need to replace one. Do you carry this part?

Thank you. Any help is appreciated.

I see. With no number printed on the tube, could you instead give us the sash weight? Please be as precise as possible. We need it down to the ounce. That will allow us to determine what its calibration might be.
