I notice some resemblances between your window lock and our 90-005. Does this look like it could work for you? As for your window balance, see if you are able to use our S380-17 channel balance with a 1620 option. Take a look and let us know if this sounds like a good match for you.

I also need (2) 33.5" white window bead? The part that holds the glass in the frame. I have sent picture previously.

I ordered 2 of the window balances.. Thanks for your help. I found a window lock at Home Depot.
