Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have the exact replacements you're looking for. The rubber seal, for example, might be a match for our 59-067, but I'm not 100% sure. You'll have to review our dimensions to see if they line up.
I'm afraid we won't be able to supply the extender at all. I apologize for the inconvenience.
