We need to replace both right and left pivot shoe assembly. It's broken and the window doesn't stay open, it slams down. The plastic pieces that fit in at the bottom of the window are broken in pieces.

This looks like a 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. See the video below for details.
