Parts needed

A handy person from 80126 says:
Hello

My balancer spring on my Milgard window broke. I have attached pictures. It also broke the attachment on the window that presses against the spring. I don't know what that is called but I need a new one. I would like to replace both balancers on the windows while I am replacing one.

I measured the balance and it is 27".

Thanks
Steve

Hey Steve. See our S380-27 or S385-27. This appears to be what you have, just compare your balance's bottom nylon shoe depth to see which you need. In either case you'll want a stamp option of 2650.

For the Top Sash Guide, there's a few possibilities. See if the 18-188 or 18-009 match to start.
