Release catch and balance channel on right side of window were missing when house was purchased. Can you provide replacements?

Our minimum for orders is 2 so I'm afraid I can't send you a link for just 1. We always recommend replacing balances in pairs anyway. Pairing a new balance with an old one would only cause the new one to wear out much faster. With that said, I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.
