Coil parts needed

It's tough to be sure with the pivot shoe still inside the jamb but we offer the CertainTeed 15-192 pivot shoe, which looks like it may be a newer style version of your shoe. Review the dimensions below to see how they compare to your shoe. If it's a match, this coil balance system uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. Please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb.
The other option is a more modern replacement that I think works just as well. The video below will walk you through the conversion process. Just note that you will need the exact weight of your sash to calculate the proper spring strength by dividing the weight by the number of coils used on both sides. Thank you!
