My window is Alpine single window.
This part shown is part that guides window up and down and holds it in place you want it to hold.
They are 16 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
The numbers on part are 14 9 26 do Caldwell

There are three steps:
Series - To identify your Series, measure the bottom "shoe" as shown in the photo at the very bottom of my message. If your shoe is 1", use a Series 380 balance, versus the Series 385 to match a 1-3/32" shoe.
Length - Re-measure your metal channel. The channel by itself should measure 15", corresponding to a 15" balance. Ignore the plastic attachments when you measure. This should mean you have S380-15 or S385-15.
Option - To choose the proper option, you will need to remove your window sash (the sliding window frame part) and weigh it. The product description for the S380-15 and S385-15 contain a chart that will tell you which option to choose based on your weight. And then all you need to do is place an order.
