Can I buy the plastic pieces for the Truth window operator and the hinge? The metal pieces work fine, the plastic pieces are broken.

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid we only carry the complete operator, the 39-312. As for the hinge set, take a look at the 36-021 four bar hinge to see if you can replace yours with this type.
