I'm looking for a few things for these 1995 Simonton's, and I have the original sales order if that's helpful too.
This is a double window, single hung. I need springs for both lower sashes (both sets appear to be broken/sprung). The shoes look fine to me but you can be the judge. I also want new tilt latches (4 of them).

Thanks, these photos are a huge help! Starting with your tilt latches, I recommend the 26-243 and 26-244. These appear to match your originals quite well, but make sure to check our dimensions before you buy anything to ensure that everything matches.
For your balance springs, you have either the 3/8" Series 165 or the 1/2" Series 160. You'll need to measure the originals to verify the better option. Also note that you'll need the stamp printed on the old springs to confirm the proper weight calibration, so you will need to remove them before you buy anything.
If your shoe is undamaged, you can continue to use it with the new springs without issue.
I'm specifically referring to the width of the band. You definitely want to measure the spring itself, not the channel, since that won't be accurate. The channel is usually fractionally larger to allow space for the cover.
