Parts needed for a tilt window

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 26-362 vent latch. Take a look and see how the dimensions below compare to yours. In order to remove the old lock, you'll need to slide something like a putty knife under the flange to force it out of the cutout.

As for the operator, we'll need to see the base and confirm the length of the arm that moves the sash to narrow down your options. Thank you!
