I need to repair a couple of metal windows and cannot identify the parts I need. The windows were installed in 1997 and I cannot locate the manufacturers name. I have been told they were manufactured in California and the company no longer exists.
I need glazing channel that appears to be very similar to your 55-192 channel. My channel matches the basic shape however its measurements are 5/16 x 5/8 x 1 inch. Your diagram does not show a total width measurement. Will your 55-192 fit for my windows?
I also need a part that connects an upper transom window to the lower casement window. This joins the upper transom to the lower window frame and trims/seals the joint between the two windows. I have included photos and a diagram with its measurements. I have not found any parts on your web site that match what I need. Do you have any part that would fit my windows that would trim and join the transom to the main window?
