Parts needed for repair Certainteed windows

Hello! It looks like you have an older Certainteed brand balance system. These exact parts aren't made anymore, but we offer modern replacements that will work in the same capacity with a little retrofitting.

To start, see our 15-192 pivot shoe. You'll note that this has alignment lugs on the front face that your original lacks. These will need to be shaved off prior to installation or else it won't fit in the track. This shoe is compatible with our Series 170 bottom and Series 171 top coil springs, as well as the 15-156 cover and 15-157 bushing. You may also find the video below to be helpful.
