Parts needed for tilt window balance system

I have a 28.5" tube and 20lb window.

Pivot shoe in below pic is 0.965" x 0.370" x 1.92"

Also, I can't find a sash stop (4") similar to what was with the window. What do you recommend to cover the cutout for the removal of the pivot shoe?

Hello! Your pivot shoe looks like a good match for our 15-045. We don't have the sash stop, though, unfortunately. I am sorry that we can't provide that particular part.

what tip color spiral balance would work best? Old tube 28.5" and 20lb window

That would depend on the diameter of the tube. Assuming that the 15-045 is correct, then odds are you have a 3/8" tube. Since the length is 28.5", you want to round up to 29"; they don't make 1/2" lengths anymore but we find rounding up works well.

That would be our S900-29. For a 20 pound sash, I recommend the Red Tip color option.
