Parts needed for window by owner

Question

I have two windows in my room, and those dont get stay up once i open, watched youtube and found the website. Length is 29" and 1/2 depth, please help to idetify the right parts so I can put back

Thanks for posting. It appears you might have either the S351-29 or S390-29 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. Let me know if you have further questions about these balances or choosing the right stamp code.
