Parts needed for windows

A quick learner from DE says:

All my windows are broken in my home. House is 30 years old. We have been looking for 15 years. Trying to fix all of the windows. I need all hardware. I need all channels, all s-clips shiiryband long which are 1 inch and 2 inch. Looks like metal end caps that go on the plastic channel jams ( I need 16 of them). I have 4 windows that don't work. I have already bought 4- 36XHDK channels to try and learn how they work. I need 12 more channels. Looks like the top of the plastic jams are broken or someone may of rigged them. I can repair them. Thanking you in advance for your assistance
