Hello!
These windows are original to this house built ~1969 in Sarasota FL (Gulf Gate community). I can't find any indentifying labels on these windows.
I had a (now retired, boo!) old-time FL window guy who came in some years ago who had the parts we needed (in the first photo, it's the black part, that was a replacement). But in nearly all of my windows, (photo # 2, etc) this part is off white and crumbling. In some cases it's broken off from the window entirely. It measures around 2 3/4 x 1.5 inches.
Can you help me indentify this part and/or this brand of windows? A little digging on your site has revealed part 39-539, which looks very similar to what I need, but I'd love to have that verified!
Thank you so much!!

Thanks for posting! The awning window part you have pictured in the first photo does appear to be the 39-539 Anderson Vent Hinge Pair.
The part in the rest of the photos reminds me of the 39-537 Lock Assembly Pair. The white plastic piece is sold separately, it is the 39-538 Nylon Cam Lock Pair.
To determine which of these are the replacements you need, be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions.
