Hello there. The pivot shoe is either the 15-178 or 15-188; double-check your shoe's thickness to see which matches best. For the spiral balances, you need to remove them and measure the diameter and length of the outer tubes; they'll either be 3/8" diameter Series 900 Spiral Balances, or the 5/8" diameter Series 600 balances. See the videos on this page that show how to remove and replace your spiral balances and pivot shoes; you will need the 75-006 Charging Tool. 

For the internal tilt latches, you need to remove one of the surface levers and compare the length of the prongs on its underside as well as the distance between them to our selection here. See if any of these match. If none do, it's likely your internal tilt latches are unfortunately no longer made. In that case, see if you can convert to surface-mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. See the video on this page that shows how to do this.
