Yes, the 15-047 does look like a match. The 15-047 accepts the popular pivot bar size of 5/16" width by 3/16" height. See the image below, I took a close up picture of the pivot bar insert with exact measurements. This pivot shoe is often used with the S600 replacement balance series. Feel free to submit picture of your balance if you would like to be sure that you have the correct balance series.

If the windows seem to be malfunctioning simultaneously, my initial thought would be that it is the balances that have gone bad. How old are the windows?
