243 Top Sash Guide and Rails replacement

Hello. The Top Sash Guide (5/8" with the top hole 1/2" from top) is broken. I figure I will replace the rails as well. These are the photos. The only number on the slide rail is 243.

Your balance looks like it could be a match for our S385-25. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match then it should work well.

Your top sash guide isn't made anymore but you can use our 18-171 as a replacement. The catch is that you have to cut the top down to fit under the top lip of the sash. I hope that's okay.

Also, I used the option 2430 because I saw 243 stamped on the rail.

Yep, that's exactly right. A stamp of 24 3 can be replaced by our 2430 option.

Good morning. The parts arrive. Took 15 minutes and my windows is fully operational again. Trimming the tops off the two plastic pieces was simple. Thank you again for the assist.
