Parts replacements

Thanks for your expert guidence and the useful posts. My house is 25 yrs old and parts change. When I read of a nearby homeowner needing the same outdated part( K 295) I was happy to see your experts had already found the replacement and the smaller parts to service my windows. I double checked my measurements and the photos of the parts. Wouldn't you know - everything fit as planned. Another project finished successfully. Thanks for your quick delivery and online posts descriptions, ect. I would reccomend your site to anyone who repairs their own homes.
