Parts that need replaced on my casement windows.

Question

Was wondering if you could identify these parts and let me know what the part numbers are so that I can order replacements.  They were installed in 1996.  I have the lifetime warranty but don't have all the info needed to fill out the paperwork.  I think I can try and replace the parts myself but if I find I can't do you have installers that I could get to do it.  Thanks

Thanks for posting. Looks like you need an all new operator. Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to confirm if they match up. I think they should, but it's always good to double check.

As for the lock in your first photo, it will depend on the size of the fork, which is currently obscured from view. There are four possible replacement options you can consider: 38-095, 38-096, 38-138, or 38-139. You will definitely have to go over our dimensions to confirm the best match.
