Thus port measures 1 5/16" wide by 3 1/2" long. A little wider wouldn't hurt, since the cutout I made to replace window balances ended up a little wider.

Hello,
It sounds like you are looking for a new balance cover. If so, unfortunately, that is not something that we can supply. I'd recommend checking with local hardware stores that may be able to assist you. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair.
